Grant by William the tailor to John de Stebehee of part of the land in his garden belonging to his capital mansion in the parish of St Benet Garschirche; lying between his garden on the N, and the land of walter de Basinges on the S, and extending in length from the land of the aforesaid John to the path (cheminum) of the grantor leading to the church of St. clement; fro the annual render of a pound of cumin or 2d at Michaelmas. The said John to build a stone wall upon his land at his own cost.
