Release and quitclaim by Isabella la rouse, relict of william le rous, to walter cros, fishmonger, of all her rights in a tenement in the parish of st benet godcherche, devised to her for life by her late husband; the which tenement is situated between the tenements of john de steblenehethe [Sp?], junior, on the N, and the tenement of Joce the butcher on the S, and ectends from the highway on the E to the tenement of John de Steffenethe aforesaid on the W.
Dated at London, Sunday next before feast of annunciation of the BVM 22 edward I [March 21st 1294]
