A.44 Grant by Peter de Dokesworth, baker, to Elyas de Schelefeld, fripperer (feriperius), of a new chamber, separated from his capital tenement, with solar, cellar and stable, situated in the parish of St Dionios Bakcherche, extending in length next St Andrew Huberd’s lane towards the S and N for 7 1/4 ells, 5 inches; in depth along (secus) the king’s highway towards the W. as far as the same Peter’s tenement towards the S. for 3/4 ells; and in length below the wall of the aforesaid Peter’s court-yard between the tenement of the said Helyas towards the S., and the tenement of the said Peter on the N for 7 7/8 ells, now measuring the inches; for the annual render of a clove. gersuma £ 8. 0. 0.
